30-Day Limited Warranty

Full Measure Merchants warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials (for example, a tie that fails at the lock)
• Workmanship defects (for example, a tool that doesn't operate as designed)

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification
• Corrosion from use beyond a product's rated environment - for example, using standard 304 stainless steel ties in direct saltwater, where 316 marine-grade is required
• Loads or applications beyond a product's stated rating

How to Make a Claim

Sign in to your account and request a return on the affected order, describing the defect in the notes field. We'll review your claim and, if approved, repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence - including rights relating to goods that don't match their description or aren't of satisfactory quality, which this warranty does not limit or replace.
