These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fullmeasuremerchants.comand any purchase you make through it (the "Site"), operated by Full Measure Merchants. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site - generally, you are at least 18, or you have a parent or guardian's consent to make purchases.
We try to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have placed an order. Prices are shown in the currency you select and exclude any duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders, which are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

We use passwordless ("magic link") sign-in - we don't store a password for your account. You're responsible for keeping access to your email address secure, since that's what controls sign-in to your account and order history.
You agree not to misuse the Site - including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, accessing it using automated means to scrape or resell data, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, and product photography - is owned by or licensed to Full Measure Merchants and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission, other than to the extent needed to shop with us.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. See our Disclaimer for more detail. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Measure Merchants is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may also apply and are not affected by this clause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
